Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SourcedLeads ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

SourcedLeads provides a lead generation tool that queries publicly available business data to help freelancers and agencies identify potential clients. Lead reports are informational only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial value of any results.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Credits and payments

Access to lead report generation requires credits, which are purchased through the Service. Credits are consumed when a report is generated.

Automatic refunds. If a report returns fewer than 5 qualifying leads, the credit is automatically returned to your account. This is the only circumstance under which credits are refunded.

No cash refunds. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Use lead data to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in harassment.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond your own reports.
• Resell or redistribute reports or the underlying data to third parties without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

5. Data and third-party sources

Business data in reports is sourced from Google Places API and reflects publicly available information. We do not own this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy. You are solely responsible for how you use the information in your reports.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and scoring methodology, is owned by SourcedLeads. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.

The content of reports you generate (the list of businesses and scores) is provided for your personal or business use. You may not republish or resell it as a data product.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCEDLEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
