SourcedLeads ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SourcedLeads web application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Search data. When you generate a lead report, we store the search query, coordinates, and radius you provide, along with the results returned. This data is tied to your account so you can access past reports.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or full payment details. We receive a record of the transaction (plan purchased, credits granted, Stripe session ID) for billing and support purposes.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser user agent, and pages visited. We use session cookies to keep you logged in.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the service, including generating lead reports on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails — report completion notifications, email verification, and password resets.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-party services

Google Places API. Your search queries and location data are sent to Google's Places API to retrieve business listings. Google's use of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, you interact with Stripe's checkout. Their practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and reports for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing compliance purposes.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make a request, email us at the address below.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and database-backed encrypted sessions. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
